RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Our exchange policies are really easy and aim at making the process simple for both, you and our store.  

All items must be shipped back (post-marked) within 10 days of delivery date.

Contact us for exchange/store-credit APPROVAL.

Items shipped back without this APPROVAL will not be honored.

APPROVAL notice should take up to 2 days from your request.

Exchange or store credit would be processed within 5 days of receiving returning merchandise.

EXCHANGE NOTICE

Buyer is responsible for ALL shipping charges involved on returning items for exchange, unless our company made a mistake with your order.

Exchange merchandise must return complete with original packaging and containing material without any sign of usage. Failed to do so will marked the merchandise as un-sellable and ADDICT will not credit you for it. This includes but not limited to: sign of wear, washed, taped, missing/damaged material and/or packaging.

If the shoes are defective after being worn, then please contact the manufacturer to get a replacement.

You may return the same item only once.

If any damage occurs during shipping, it should be address by the customer with the shipping company directly.

Any damage caused from shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company. In order to do so, ADDICT will provide its customers with a tracking number and shipping company contact info.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

In order check the delivery status, please visit www.ems.com with the tracking number we provided you of.

International shipping is available and may take 1-2 weeks to deliver. There might be customs fees that will vary depending on the country to which the package is shipped to. We are not able to give you this charges in advance and the customer is responsible for them.

PAYMENT POLICY

We only accept payments via PayPal and Western Union on international orders.

We only accept payments from PayPal accounts that are either verified or with confirmed address.

Order will be cancelled and refunded within 48 hours if the payment A/C does not meet the above requirement.
